In the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
IN EQUITY.
No. 9,625 of 1921.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1899-1918, and
in the matter of Hardwoods Limited.
BY an order made by the Chief Judge in Equity in
the above matter, dated the twenty-second day of
December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty
one, on the Petition of Charles Frederick Snell, of
Castlereagh House, Castlereagk-street, Sydney, in the
State of New South "Wales, timber merchant, it was
ordered that the abovenamed Company, Hardwoods
Limited, be wound up by this Court, under the pro
visions of the Companies Acts in force in that behalf;
and that William Harrington Palmer, of number
forty-seven Elizabeth-street, Sydney, in the State
aforesaid, be appointed official liquidator thereof.
Dated this fourth day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-two.
