Iii the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
PROBATE JURISDICTION.
In the will of Thomas Carleton Skarratt, late of Lakes
land, in the State of New South Wales, gentleman,
deceased.
PURSUANT to the Wills, Probate and Administration
Act, 1898, and the Testator's Family Maintenance and
Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916, and the Trustee Act,
1925: Notice is hereby given that every creditor or other
'person having any claim against the estate of Thomas
•Carleton Skarratt, the abovenamed deceased, who died
on -or about the 31st day of October, 1929, and probate
of whose will was, on the 12tli day of March, 1930,
granted by the "Supreme Court of New South Wales, to
Esther Caroline Skarratt, the executrix named in the
will, is hereby required to send particulars in writing
of such claim to the said Esther Caroline Skarratt, in
care of the undersigned, at their office hereunder men
tioned, on or before the 19th day of November, 1930,
at the expiration of which time the said Esther Caroline
Skarratt will proceed to distribute the assets of the said
deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto, having
regard only to the claims of which she then has notice;
and notice is hereby further given that the said Esther
Caroline Skarratt will not be liable, for the assets or
any part thereof so distributed, to any person of whose
claim she shall not have had notice at the time of such
distribution.—Dated this 17th day of September, 1930.
