An Australian Millionaire.
WILL OF WALTER RUSSELL
HALL.,
ESTATE VALUED AT £2,312,000.
In the;, Victorian Probate Court on
Thursday, there was lodged for seal-
ing purposes a copy of the will of
the late Walter Russell Hall, of Potts
Point, Sydney, gentleman, who died
on 13th October last. The will was
executed on 10th July 1896. The
total value of the estate is sworn
at £2,311,837. The Victorian ..por
tion was valued at £6611 realty and
£52,600 personalty. Testator ap
pointed his widow, Eliza Rowden
Hall, his brother Thomas Skarratt
Hall, and Kelso King his executrix
and executors. To his widow he left
£100,000, all jewellery, furniture, hor
ses, carriages, &c. ; to Jennio Hall,
wife of his brother, Thomas Skarratt
.Hall,, and her children £-10,000 ; to
his brother, James Bains Hall; his
wife and children, £40,000 ; to his
trustees, "£30,000 in trust for such
chfiri table" purposes as they ; -.think
fit ; to each7 - child, of his brother
