In the will of \\ illia.111 Carleton Skarratt, late of Sydney, in
the State of New South Wales, gentleman, deceased.
PURSUANT to the " Wills, Probate and Administration
Act, 1898 " : Notice Is hereby given that every creditor or
other person having claim against the estate of William
Carleton Skarratt, the aboveuamed deceased, who died on
or about the 5th day of May, 1911», and probate of whose will
was, on the 15th day of July, 1916, granted by the Supreme
Court of New South Wales, to Thomas Carleton Skarratt, of
Lakesland, one of the executors in the said will named, is
hereby required to send particulars in writing of such claim
to the said Thomas Carleton Skarratt, in care of the under
signed, Percy Vernon McCulloch, at his otlice, hereunder
mentioned, on or before the 1st day of Mov, 1917, at the
expiration of which time the said Thomas Carletou Skarratt
will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased
among the persons entitled thereto, having regard only to
the claims of which he then has notice ; and notice is hereby
further given that the said Thomas Carleton Skarratt will not
be liable, for the assets or any part thereof so distributed,
to any person of whose claim he shall not have had notice
at the time of such distribution. — Dated this 5th day of
March; 1917.
