PROBATE JURISDICTION.
In the "will of Esther Caroline Skarratt, late of Lakes
land, in the State of New South Wales, widow?
deceased.
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Wills, Probate and
Administration Act, 1898-1932, of the Testator's Family
Maintenance and Guardianship of Infants Act, 1916
1934, and of the Trustee Act, 1925: Notice is hereby
given that all creditors and other persons having any
claim or demand upon or against the estate or other
wipe interested in the property and assets of the above
named deceased, who died at Lakesland, on the 16th day
of November, 1938, and probate of whose will was
granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in
irs Probate Jurisdiction, on the 10th day of March,
3 339, to Donald Frederick ftknrratt and Frank Aitchison
Wilkes, the executors named in the said will, are hereby
required to send, on or before the 14th day of July,
"*939, fuH particulars of 1heii* claims and demands upon
the said estate or in respect of the said property and
r^ets or am part thev^of to Donald Frederick Skarratt
and Frank Aitchison Wilkes, c.o. Frank Aitchison Wilkes.

the siid Donald Frederick (Skarratt and Frank Aitchison
Willcs, as c\eculors of the will of the said deceased, in
tend 1o proceed to administer the said estate and to
convey and distribute the property and assets of the
j-aid deceased to and among the parties and persons
entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and
demands of which thev ^hall then have notice; and the
f.'>id Donald Frederick Skarrati and Frank Aitchison
Wildes will not, in respect of the nroperty and assets
or any pail thereof so convevcd or distributed, b3 liable
to. any person of whose claim they shall not have had
notice at the time of such fonvevaiice or distribution.—
